Points over the max will confer a limited 'bonus' due to over-engineering depending on the project in question and how much over the limit it is. The more people there are, the faster something gets built within a turn. So 1 engineer would give anywhere from 1 to 5 points while 25 engineers will give from 25 to 125 Construction points. Every engineer would contribute 1d5 points to the building. The 1d5 rolls are what normal people would contribute to the task they are proficient in.Įngineers would, as an example, contribute to building a structure (which may take 100 points total to complete). If say an surgery is needed and has a base chance of success of 25%, then the 8% will be added to it to a total of 33% chance of success. The Percentage is for events which rely on luck. In regards to research to, say, medicine, an additional +1d40 points would be gained. Hero units are units who gives bonus to whatever task they are assigned to.
